Describe the sensing route

The measurement objective gives the route its purpose.

Start by describing what the project needs to observe: heat for fire detection, distributed temperature, acoustics, or temperature and strain. These are distinct product groups in the AP Sensing portfolio.

For a linear heat-detection brief, add the route, approximate length, environment, alarm zones and required interfaces. Published headline limits belong to defined configurations; an application brochure does not establish the approved configuration for a specific route.
